SKIN TESTING POLICY:
Your safety matters to us!
If you are new to Elements, you will need to complete a skin test in preparation for your colour service.
Ahead of your appointment you will automatically receive an invite email from Colourstart who will guide you through our testing process.
If you have already got a Colourstart Passport and would like to bring it to Elements, please log into your account and share with us.

CANCELLATION/BOOKING POLICY:
We understand that life can get in the way sometimes. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to another guest.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a Β Β 50% charge of the services booked.
You will receive a text or email reminder 4 days before your visit.
AFTERCARE POLICY:
We want you to love your hair – not just when you leave the salon, but every day after.
If you have any feedback, questions or need any support after your visit, please get in touch within 7 days of your appointment. This allows us to respond quickly and make sure your hair looks its best at all times.
For thicker or longer hair, an additional charge may apply to allow for the extra time and product required – your stylist will be happy to confirm this during your consultation.
We offer complimentary consultations for style, colour and homecare -feel free to pop in and we will be delighted to help.
