SKIN TESTING POLICY:

Your safety matters to us!

If you are new to Elements or it has been more than six month’s since your last colour, we’ll need to carry out a quick skin test a minimum of 48 hours and up to 5 days before your appointment. It just takes a minute – you can pop into the salon any time during opening hours to have it done. 

Short of time? Give us 10 days notice and we are happy to mail out a test for you to do at home for £6.

CANCELLATION/BOOKING POLICY:

We understand that life can get in the way sometimes. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to another guest.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the services booked.

You will receive a text or email reminder 4 days before your visit.

AFTERCARE POLICY:

We want you to love your hair – not just when you leave the salon, but every day after.

If you have any feedback, questions or need any support after your visit, please get in touch within 7 days of your appointment. This allows us to respond quickly and make sure your hair looks its best at all times.

For thicker or longer hair, an additional charge may apply to allow for the extra time and product required – your stylist will be happy to confirm this during your consultation.
